Accredited employee ownership learning programs for business advisors

Unlock an innovative succession strategy for your clients

The advisory industry is evolving—are you keeping up?

More than half of U.S. small business owners are nearing retirement and looking for an exit in the coming years. This Silver Tsunami poses a serious challenge to business continuity if owners can’t find a viable succession path—but it also creates a tremendous opportunity for advisors to support their clients.

Advisors who understand employee ownership (EO) are uniquely positioned to offer clients a practical, profitable path forward with a succession solution that protects legacy, retains jobs, and delivers competitive financial outcomes.

Build your expertise with EO Advantage.

EO Advantage equips advisors with clear, actionable knowledge to guide clients through ESOPs, EOTs, and worker cooperative transitions. These flexible modules help advisors understand the financial, legal, and operational considerations that matter most during an ownership transition.

Activate your knowledge with AI-driven tools from Zolidar.

Zolidar enables advisors to collaborate with clients in real time, generate business valuations, and compare exit strategies side-by-side. Its AI-powered models help advisors demonstrate how EO options stack up against third-party sales, giving clients clarity and confidence as they plan their future.
