Megan Gordon serves as the Outbound Business Engagement and Partnerships Manager with Project Equity. She brings a wealth of experience in fostering the growth and development of small businesses across diverse sectors such as food, hospitality, biotechnology, and coworking spaces. Megan has helped open a small independent café and served as the first general manager of a restaurant specializing in elevated macaroni and cheese in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a culinary arts degree from Santa Barbara City College, and roughly a decade in the food service industry including front and back of the house, as well as catering.  At Project Equity, Megan taps her passion for improving outcomes for small businesses to her role every day.
