Employee ownership is growing

Employee ownership is no longer a niche idea—it’s a proven path for business continuity, wealth-building, and legacy preservation. This course introduces the three major EO models—ESOPs, worker cooperatives, and EOTs—while preparing you to advise clients on their benefits, tradeoffs, and transition processes.

Part of the Certified Employee Ownership Advisor program, this course lays the foundation for your expertise in employee ownership. You’ll see how EO addresses today’s succession crisis by keeping businesses locally owned and thriving, and you’ll define your role as a Certified Employee Ownership Advisor who can guide clients through critical decisions.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Differentiate between different forms of broad-based employee ownership
