Together We Own is more than a giving campaign—it’s an opportunity to broadcast the impact of employee ownership by hearing the stories of real EO companies and worker-owners. We’re seeking mission-aligned partners to help expand the employee ownership movement by giving employees a meaningful connection to a larger purpose and amplifying stories of ownership and workplace culture through national visibility. Partners will also join a growing coalition of ESOPs, cooperatives, and EOTs working to make ownership the standard, not the exception.
