Employee ownership for B Corps: a deeper dive

June 1, 2026, at 3 pm ET / 12 pm PT

Join us for a virtual info session exploring how employee ownership (EO) can serve as a mission-aligned exit strategy while deepening impact for workers and local communities.

This session will cover the mechanics of employee ownership transitions, with a deeper dive into the three different types of broad-based employee ownership (ESOPs, worker cooperatives, and EOTs). Participants will also have the opportunity to join small Zoom breakout groups to connect directly with employee-owners based on the model that interests them most.

Hear from leaders at employee-owned B Corps, including:

  • OcaAquatics (EOT)
  • King Arthur Baking (ESOP)
  • PixelSpoke (worker cooperative)
